Check your fan speed in the BIOS. If you know your way around it, try and turn off features like Cool n Quiet, to make sure your fan runs on optimal speeds. Download Core Temp to check your cpu temps.

Buying a new CPU cooler, as I said, is very cheap, and will keep your CPU much cooler under load. They are also very easy to install. I recommend a Coolermaster EVO as they are super low cost and super easy to install: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product. ... -_-Product

They come with instructions and everything on how to install. This should solve your cooling issues.

I found out what is wrong it is my pc bios it cant be update couse i have HP prc from before they have a full Bios and HP do not make any driver for it so i have to buy a new monther board and a new cpu and new tower and that will cost a lot more thne i will do but some one know if there is one out there that have made a private update for bios let me know
