i know how to build a M20/SF7/C3 sacred fist. i was wanting to build a cleric level heavy sacred fist that would be at least near effectiveness as the intuitive one.
this is what i came up with.. tell me where i effed up.

Re: orc sacred fist build
Hi Aaron,
i just build a sacred fist orc in the underdark. But i went the full wisdom route. He´s also an excellent caster. Watch out Yurtrus has a mistake in alignment, you are forced to switch deity if you are LE/LN and pick cleric.
First give your build Cleric 8 /Hierophant 6. Gives more will and fortitudes saves, cost nothing.
You can use Fiery Fist just 3 times till you need a rest... duration is dependend on wisdom.... so not worth it for you i guess.
You may not need steadfest determination, since you have death ward and protection from petrification as spells.
Decent feats for your char would be Athkatlan Triparte and eventually imp.critical Unarmed. Scribe Scroll, Craft Wand, Luck of Heroes or Sickening Grasp (for a Yurtrus SF)/ Empower Healing (for Luthic SF) are also fitting.
You should calculate your end AC and overthink if WIS SF wouldnt be better.
Also your skill points can be distrubted better.

E.G.:
Lore Religion 15, Spellcraft 20, Tumble 30, UMD 11 (22 Points), Concentration 16 = 103 Points
Pick Devout as Background....No failure if defensive Casting.
So INT 10 is enough and you have 2 more ability points at creation.

Also if you dont need Steadfest Determination you may not want to pick Earth Domain for Toughness. Theres the Ring of the Knight which gives Toughness feats or other rings.
What about Cavern (Pass Wall/Earthquake) or Healing Domain (Empower Healing)?
Ki-Step could also be nice. I read it works different as its description and regenerates one use of Ki-Step after a few rounds. You could use it endless times then.
If you go WIS there may be Evocation or Necromancy Foci as fitting feats.

Re: orc sacred fist build
No different than any other "Caster biased" Sacred Fist...
Level splits:
M3/C9/SF10/H8 - One spell powers give you CL30 and can pick three more Hierophant abilities. or can grab 3 SP for CL32 which makes you more difficult to dispel with mords.
M5/C9/SF10/H6 - 3 Spell power gives you CL30.
M6/C8/SF10/H6 - Same as above, but CL29. In exchange you get more monk speed, improved knockdown and more fist damage. Credit to Tsidkenu for swaying me to this one being the favorite of the three. CL29 is perfectly fine against greater dispel (only 5%) and what you gain from that extra monk level is significant.
You basically want high WIS for AC and spells. STR can be ~16 - 20, but end on even because you live off of Divine Power. AB will still be fine due to Divine Power, Divine Favor, Bless, Prayer, Aid and in Epic levels Expose Weakness.
Let me know if you want something more specific. I think I still have a few example Grey Orc Sacred Fists collecting dust at NWN2db... I can look for them if you want.
EDIT: Sorry man, long day and didn't fully read to see you posted a build.
So as stated previously your level splits need work, one of the 3 splits I listed above are recommended. You will appreciate more WIS for spells and AC, stopping STR at 20 should be plenty. Personally I would reverse them to go for STR 18 / WIS 26 (24 with Divine Power, 30 WIS with +4 item or Owl's WIS). I also agree that Fiery fist has semi-limited use, though if you have 30 WIS the duration along with 2 uses of Sacred Flames and 6 Monk levels (for example) means you'll have far more uses of applying some fire damage on your attacks. That said, Able Learner would be a boon with this build as you won't have much of an option to rotate levels in order to qualify for Hierophant.
Also, just to make things more difficult for you there is a middle ground... If you go M13/SF10/C7 you have CL19 with level 8 spells and qualify for blazing aura, along with Greater Flurry of Blows and lots of fist damage... So it is not so simple as going for M20 OR going for CL29/30. The middle ground has some interesting things to offer as well, depending on what interests you about SF builds.

Re: orc sacred fist build
If you take Hierophant, I'd recommend considering the benefits of the Gift of the Deity feat (requires 9 lvls of Hierophant). For a neutral build, this improvement to the Greater Visage of the Deity spell can translate into up to +2 AC (via DEX and WIS), +2 dmg (via EDM if you have it), +1 Universal Saves, and +30 temporary HP.
I exploited this feat to the max in the following slow-levelling build, which is quite constrained re. deity and domain choices, however, and won't work as an Orc. Maybe the feat is also worth it without EDM, though. Just throwing it in here as something to consider from a power-building perspective...

Re: orc sacred fist build
If you want to have a near-invicible Orc, then I'd offer you take Cleric (7), Sacred Fist (10), Hierophant (10), Monk (3). With Hierophant take Spellpower 1-2-3, Blast Infidel and Insribe Rune (or Gift of the Diety). If your Orc follows Yurturs they can get a 37 DC Horrid Wilting, and also take Vampiric Feast as an Epic Feat. AC will be about 48, CL of 32, lowish dmg, but also great Saves.
I must say, though Sacred Fist is pretty awesome, it can be kinda boring, because kills are slow, until you reach Lvl 9 and Epic feats...though that is from one-shotting things. I guess, it's all about the RP, here.
My personal opinion is: monk-related builds are more fun with high Monk levels and just stunning + pummeling things to dust. I don't really know why I find that so much fun, but I do!!
