Being vague because I don't know the build, feats, stats and situation. I'm not a dev so can't look at the code to see how it's calculated and been a while since dedude made changes to the feats. I know the were far worse issues with ridiculous damage numbers in the past so I'd it's only a 20 damage boost on charge/ slam I'm ok with that... maybe it's raining it as 2 bash attacks when you charge or slam?

Gotcha. Sorry, ive asked about this a few times and gotten similar answers, and I am honestly not sure whose a Dev/Mod/etc.
The build had Shield Slam but i dont think I had IKD or Power Charge. My thinking is also that its counting more than one attack on a Slam or Charge, which is super cool but undocumented. Level 24 I think..
I did have Orc War Drummer inspire and sneak dice, but you dont see the component dmg on a shield attack (so cant see if im getting the magic dmg in there) and it didnt aay "Sneak Attack" or anything.
Edit: I wasnt thinking it felt unbalanced or OP, just curious and I can tell a fair amount of work mustve gone into implementation!
