Free when ever for Lady Erza, though she said she would go with the Darius' so if there is room she will go with them. Debrief and briefing as well.

What are all the times in Eastern Standard Time? I am usually around by 4-6 PM, EST most days. Is it possible to take part in more then one also?

I may be able to do any of those, but Osric would try to attend the briefing and the first event 18:00 GMT on July 27 for preference.
