Fliers are set up around Ducal lands and beyond

All are invited to a festival to celebrate the end of the devil threat! Please join the festivities in the land surrounding the Arena outside the Palace District of the city.

Activities include food and drink, wares to be bought and sold, a martial tournament, with a firework finisher!

The festival will also be the official launch for the charity fund, the Raising Valor Foundation. This charity will aid the returning Flaming Fist soldier injured in combat, as well as support the families of fallen soldiers.

The Festival will be held on the 26th Hammer (January 26th beginning at 1600 GMT)

If you wish to participate in the festival and have a tent set up to display your wares, wands, potions, food and drink, hold a performance, etc please reach out to Aaron Lyonaler. A portion of some of the profits made are asked to be donated to the foundation.

A martial tournament will be held the same day (1800 GMT). The entry fee will be twenty thousand gold. The final winner will be able to claim half of the entire pot. The remaining balance will be donated to the charity foundation. The martial tournament will be bouts that go until one passes out or concedes. Healing will be provided after the bouts. Please see rules below.

To end the festivities a story will be told through fireworks by Artorias!

Rules for the Tourney:
Tourney will have lvl 1 - 10, 11 - 20, and 21 -30 Tiers
1) No Summons or shifting
2) Four spells, potions, wands, or abilities will be allowed prior to combat
3) No spells, potions, wands, or abilities will be allowed once combat commences
4) Rest prior to each fight will be required (To ensure no additional spells/effects are present)
5) Healing will be provided.
6) Only legal spells will be allowed

The devils left burned ground and dead land around the Coast. The Elder Circle needs your assistance. We will meet at the end of the the tenday (Sunday, the 16th February at 18 gmt) at the Eastern Farmlands. Together we will head to the Winding Waters at the Troll Claws and move to the Dragon Spear Castle to perform the Song of the Trees.

The ritual in preparation we hope shall restore some of the trees fell to mist and axe and bring back animals to the area. It shall be stronger the more participate in it.

A heated discussion regarding Drow, Corellon, Eilistraee, Halani, Sehanine, and other such gods and goddess of the Seldarine, dark or otherwise, was witnessed by an assembled group. The main perpetrators of the drama were Melyanna, a moon elf, and Lylan'Synor, a sun elf. Melyanna was last seen heading along the Trade Way heading towards Greenest, on the Uldoon Trail.

Tournament of Power

Calling all warriors and those alike, come test your might in a limited ruled tournament. Winner will have to fight one of Soubar's finest warriors in the final round, and if victorious, will receive a prize of two hundred bags. Entry fee will be ten bags and profits will be donated to the town of Soubar. The tournament will take place in the Soubar fighting pit on the sixth day of ches. Rules: No hiding, no running out of the pit, and no potions, wands or elixirs after the fight has began. All fighters will have two minutes to ward before each fight, but no third party wards are allowed. All fighters will be required to rest to full strength before the tournament begins and may rest between their fights. If a contestant brakes a rule their punishment will be decided by their current opponent.
