Reduce Animal does not work on owlbears

Tested earlier with some shifter shapes, wolf worked fine, owlbear was unable to be shrunk.

Isn't an Owlbear a [Magical Beast]?
if Reduce Animal has to target an Animal, then an Owlbear would not be a valid target.

but if you meant warewolf, that shouldnt happen
