It does, actually! But only in Shifter shapes, and you still need to take Natural Spell.

You can't take Natural Spell feat without Druid Wildshape 1/day (granted at lvl 5 Druid).

I don't even see that as a key issue? Casting while shifted is NOT necessary for shifter to be good. It's a cool bonus, and druids probably make the best shifters, but hardly necessary. And steve is right, you need 5 druid levels to take Natural Spell, but again, just a cool bonus

Also, just to say, I'm really behind this idea. Warlock 6 (since its the lvl they get a lesser invo) unlocking shifter would be gucci

Nope. You can take it as a Shifter, as long as you have the required 13 WIS. Rinn takes advantage of this by casting Extended Displacement (3 minutes each, despite being a full Shifter...) while in werewolf form. Or any form, really, but the werewolf's got a few PvP kills to its name, partly because of her magic.

I can only assume Matelener never updated the wiki. He posted about implementing it on the forums, though, back when it was first suggested.
