Am I missing an AC?
In the screenshot below my PC has 17 DEX (+3) and he has Mithral FP (Max +3 from DEX), but it is only showing me as having 2/3 AC from it. Am I missing something? I tried unequiping, reequiping, resting. Nothing corrected it.

Anyone with this: That is is display only bug and the code was fixed for next update. To be extra clear, this is a display bug, your actual AC as far as in game combat is concerned is calculated correctly.

In PnP, Tower Shields impose a Max Dex Bonus of 2. NwN2 does not, but that rule is reflected in the 2da as shown here:
The code to display the AC breakdown reflected the PnP ruleset of PnP. It has now been omitted from tower shields to reflect the ruleset used by NwN2, where tower shields do not, in fact, have Max Dex Bonus.

In PnP, Tower shields have a maximum dexterity bonus of 2 and Encumbrance can also affect maximum dexterity bonus. This was not implemented in NWN2. Otherwise, the NWN2 implementation of maximum dexterity bonus is consistent with PnP rules.
