Underdark Kuo Toa given the wrong racial type
These appear to be reptilian when I believe they should be monstrous humanoid, so my favored enemy isn't covering them. They are present in the Underdark (North of Mistlake). There's also one standing on one of the docks in Mist Lake selling fishing poles.

Yup, didn't even know there was a report for it, it always bothered me personally so when I got the go-ahead I fixed it.
