There have been some issues with Teleport/Sending. I'm assuming this encapsulates Tree Stride as well. It will just take time to iron out all the bugs in this mega-update! Keep posting them!

Did you try attuning a new leaf? Changes to the area seem to invalidate a rune (or it used to). I think Cloakwood was changed recently (at least the spawns).

It's hit and miss for changes to be honest (to those areas). I haven't had any trouble teleporting to FAI since the updates. Durlag's Tower was always warded. Did you RCR and change your name slightly?

You maybe broke one of the Simple RCR Rules regarding naming, in which case it is just you.

If you followed the rules, then some issues resolve themselves across a reset.
PC1 = Nerys, Emissary and Skald of the Greyfox tribe, last seen roaming north near Secomber
PC2 = Valqis Sanejmeh; far away cartographer, Oracle of Nut at chaltin QulDaq, former navigator of the Sea Seeker, Reader of Candlekeep and sometime performer.
