Undercity + Rats?

I've heard a few reports of the occasional rat spawning in Undercity. In order for me to figure out what spawn is probably missing, here is the list of spawns that should spawn in Undercity.

Hidden: show

Wight
Skeleton Warrior
Ghost 1 (doesn't drop ectoplasm)
Ghost 2 (does drop ectoplasm)
Gelatinous Cube
Fire Mephit
Dream Vestige
Battle Horror (only spawns in temple)

Can anyone tell me which spawn might be missing? That way I can try and fix it.

Encountered all of those when we were there. Except for maybe "ghosts that do not drop ectoplasm". I recall all of the ones we killed dropping some, but I don't remember exactly.

Saw only one wight and one or two skeleton warriors throughout the whole area. No idea if they're supposed to have more spawns.

Just did a little run around the area. I agree with the above, encountered all listed creatures except "Ghosts that don't drop ectoplasm."
Oh, and there was a phase spider.

Is this still a problem with ghosts and ectoplasm?
