Lost +3 Resistance Cloak

I had a cloak of +3 resistance (+3 universal saves) when I left the server a few months ago. When I return the character was missing his cloak, but had all his other items. I logged in and out to make sure it was just a glitch, but the cloak did not reappear in my inventory.

Is there anyway to recover it?

I didn't see it but I have a spare one if you can't get yours back and you'd like to buy/swap for it.
