Boots on a main body armor piece

Just a pair of boots that weren't snipped off the main outfit, so they clip with any boots that are worn, as well as the default character boots.

Glancing through this seems to be the case with a fair number of armor sets in the BG by BG up in the 90's.

Wait, this isn't a bug is it? Is there an invisible boots selection somewhere for boots?

Yes. You can select a "blank" boot option under the 'MP' option. I believe the boots are number 21.

There are some full-costume outfits that would clip through stuff, that's intended as they are meant to be used with "blank" appearance for slots they clip through.
You can use blank boots models available in appearance changer (sorry, i don't remember their category and ID) to get rid of clipping.
