Hello All!
I've played and enjoyed both the Warlock and Shifter classes. I was heavily invested in the Con-Warlock builds until server updates invalidated the build. I have a 25th-level character eligible for a 100% RCR and would like to build a character capable of running solo to the greatest extent possible. I am not a powerbuilder, but I do play by myself 99.999 percent of the time. I would like to build either a Warlock or a Shifter, or a combination of both, adequate to allow me to survive PvE to the greatest extent possible.
What do y'all recommend?

Asking on discord would definitely get you more discussion and faster.
That said, Warlock 6 / Fighter 4 / Shifter 20 is a build you can't really go wrong in. Full CON and Fast Healing I - III feats at epics, you turn into a regen monster.
